Bankers like to loan money to CEOs who have wisdom and intelligence. These two qualities are hallmarks of good executives and reduces a banker’s perceived risk in extending a loan to a business. In my opinion one of the ways CEO’s can increase their wisdom and intelligence is to read a lot.
I found a book in my personal library called “The Essential Wisdom of the World’s Greatest Thinkers” which was edited and compiled by Carol Kelly-Gang. There are many powerful quotes in this book which I would like to share with you as this week’s article. Maybe some will resonate with you.
